Point Zero Grand Boulevard is the official site of the theater. This place owes its name to the initial presence of a theater disappeared in 1903 after a fire (see photo). In this place, the birth of the Grand Boulevard late 1906-early to coincide with the 1907 building of the Opera and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the famous Belfry) to mark the gigantic project.
